Vehicle storage
In 2007 we moved premises to a Customs and Excise sealed site, which provides us with a very high level of security in case we need to store your vehicle overnight. No vehicles are parked at driver’s homes at anytime, any driver taking a vehicle home will be dismissed immediately. Entry to the site is strictly controlled and every square metre of the site is protected by a new and sophisticated CCTV coverage system soon to be updated to include number plate recognition.
Recorded vehicle information
Records keeping/Audit trail
From order placement to confirmation of delivery all details are recorded on our extensive database. Details of every movement are kept as a permanent record including collection and delivery addresses, vehicle pictures and fuel amounts. Electronic signed proof of delivery (POD) and fuel receipts are also kept and available for inspection usually within 15 minutes of delivery
Software
A bespoke operating system allowing easy access for customers via an online portal
24 Hour access where you are able to:
•Book Jobs (Optional)
•View Status of booked jobs
•Dowload/Print/POC/POD documents & pictures
•Email Confirmation (can be sent to as many email addresses as required)
Proof of delivery
Accessible minutes after delivery
POC/POD reports with every part of the vehicle interior and exterior checked, compulsory photos taken of all damage & the vehicle itself.
